Status updates
- Council member remz has updated the testnet for faster runtime.

+Reverted the maximum number of nominators per validator to 128
- Filip Kalebo has added tests to test the ERUP-5. He also added to the documentation explaining how to Correlate Runtime Version to Release Version in edge apps.
- Depth Hoar added a link to edge apps in simple UI and updated the RPC nodes in simple UI.
