EDG Community Update: Week of October 3rd, 2022

Highlights
- One of the community validators, kdpnetstake determineda critical bug in the node client of the v4.0.0 pre-release on the testnet. Thus, we might need to wait for the next pre-release with the inclusion of the client fix which will be collectively tested on the Beresheet v4 testnet before proposing it on the mainnet.
- All the Validators, RPC infrastructure providers, Exchanges and Ecosystem Projects are requested to wait for the next pre-release (and not to upgrade to the pre-release v4.0.0 if you haven't done already).
